PROOF OF DESIGNS: If you would like a proof of your design, please let it know. We do not automatically provide a proof unless we have questions, since it will slow down production time (exchanging and waiting for message response).   

  • MUG DESIGNS PERSON/PET: I do some light editing on the photos free of charge. I try to face the photos looking towards the center of the mug (not the handle). If it's 2+ persons design, I face the photos towards each other (to make the design look nicer). Sometimes I have to flip photos to do this, if you would not like me to flip the photo, please let me know. 
CANCELLATIONS: Prynt-t will gladly accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. I do not accept exchanges/returns.


Before placing your order with PRYNT-it please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address. We are NOT responsible for lost or returned orders due to INCORRECT mailing addresses. If your purchase has been shipped to an old address please contact your local USPS post office for further assitance. If your order gets returned to us because of being marked "undeliverable" as addresssed, I can reship your order but we ask you pay the shipping fee again.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER? For international shipping, right now it is taking around 8 weeks for your package to arrive.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES: Processing time is 1-7 business days (depending on the item), plus 2-6 days of shipping.


Once the order is shipped, Prynt-it is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by USPS. These issues need to be dealth directly with them. Insurance is encouraged so a claim can be filed through USPS and start the replacement of items process ASAP. If you want to add insurance to your package you can either upgrade to priority which includes insurance up to $50 or you can purchase additional insurance here:


1. Orders of $100.00 or more
2. Orders of 2 mugs or more

Contact us if a month has passed and you haven't received your package yet.


*** PLEASE NOTE: the insurance does not cover late packages and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late. We will send a refund or replacement after your package has been in transit for 30 days.

*** IMPORTANT: Some tracking numbers will show an item delivered and it actually show up a few days later. We are not sure why this occurs but it happens frequently.


DAMAGED PACKAGE WITH INSURANCE: Please provide detailed photos of the package received (including the shipping label) and the damaged item. This is needed to file a claim with USPS and proceed to get your item replaced ASAP.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: Please contact us with pictures/video of the defective item. We do a quality check of every item before we ship including every marker, pen, clasps, badge reels etc. We make sure everything is working very well before we ship it to you. We understand that things happen but we will not be able to replace anything without pictures/video of defective item.
