Will you send me a proof of the mug design before production?

If you would like a proof of your design, please let us know. We do not automatically provide a proof since it slows down production (exchanging and waiting for message response). We will contact you if we have questions.

Will you edit or modify the direction/position of the photographs?

I do some light editing on the photos free of charge such as lighting. I try to face the photos looking towards the center of the mug (not towards the handle). If it's 2+ person design, I face the photos towards each other. Sometimes I have to flip photos to do this, if you would not like me to flip the photo, please let me know.

Do you accept cancellations?

Prynt-it Creates will gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of purchase.

Do you accept exchanges or returns?

We do not accept exchanges/returns but please feel free to contact us if you run into any issues. We want you to be satisfied with your order

I accidentally provided the wrong address for my order, what should I do?

Before placing your order, please DOUBLE CHECK your mailing address. Prynt-it Creates is NOT responsible for lost or returned orders due to INCORRECT mailing addresses. If we have not shipped your order yet, we will gladly correct the address. If your purchase has been shipped to an old address please contact your local USPS post office for further assistance. If your order gets returned to us because of being marked "undeliverable" as addressed, we can reship your order but we ask you to cover the shipping fee.

When will I receive my international order?

For international shipping, right now it is taking around 8 weeks for your package to arrive.

How long are your processing and shipping times?

Processing time is 1-7 business days (depending on the item), plus 2-6 days of shipping.

What can I do if my package was lost, damaged?

Once the order is shipped, Prynt-it Creates is not responsible for delays of lost or damaged packages caused by USPS. These issues need to be dealt directly with them. A claim can be filed for lost or damaged packages here:

Please keep original packaging and items. USPS will require inspection in person to cover the cost of the damaged items.



DAMAGED PACKAGE : Please provide detailed photos of the package received (including the shipping label) and the damaged item. This is needed to file a claim with USPS and proceed to get your item replaced ASAP.

DEFECTIVE ITEM: Please contact us with pictures/video of the defective item. Keep all original packaging and take detailed photos (in case we need to get USPS involved). We do a quality check of every item before we ship including every marker, pen, clasps, badge reels etc. We make sure everything is working very well before we ship it to you. We understand that things happen but we will not be able to replace anything without proof (pictures/video) of defective items.

Contact us if a month has passed and you haven't received your package yet.

*** PLEASE NOTE: the insurance does not cover late packages and we will not refund or resend your package simply because it is late.

*** IMPORTANT: Some tracking numbers will show an item delivered and it actually shows up a few days later. We are not sure why this occurs but it happens frequently.

My package was stolen, could you send me a replacement?

Prynt-it Creates is not responsible for stolen packages. It is encouraged you file a police report and contact USPS for a refund of the cost of the item.

Do you offer wholesale?

We can offer a discount. Please message us!
